Camera Dollars System
I am a member of the Camera Dollars System and I frequently get emails asking about the quality of the program, so I thought I would go ahead and write a review of the product to give others a little more information. I joined this site with the sole expectation of learning how to submit my pictures to websites that would pay me money whenever someone downloads one of them. Since I use a few royalty-free public domain pictures in my work, I figured I would get a list of the photo sites to submit to and that I would already know about most of them. I knew I was purchasing an ebook, but was pleasantly surprised to see that not only was I getting an ebook, I was also getting a user name and password for the Camera Dollars members only website.
The ebook is not some short report. It has 119 pages of good information on everything from basic photography tips to the right lighting to use, from what type of pictures are ok to submit and which ones aren’t, to what type of release you should get to protect yourself. It’s all here and it’s been updated for 2007. I thought I would take a few days to read over the information and ended up reading it all in one sitting!
The members area has lots of unmentioned goodies. I was definitely impressed with it and I think you will be too. I especially like the tutorials section. Aside from that there are the photo submission sites, additional photography ebooks to download, a long list of sites that will pay you for field servicing, resources for mystery shopping and “get paid to fill out surveys” sites. You’ll just have to see the full list once you become a member!

For me, I would say it was definitely worth the investment. My friends are always telling me I have a knack for taking pictures of my cats, so I’m busy going through all of my digital images looking for just the right pictures to submit. I’ve always had a love for photography, and although I consider myself an amateur, I’m going to implement some of the suggestions I read about in this ebook and start submitting my pictures!
